- Approximate location (city/country level), inferred from IP address.

We use the information we collect strictly to operate and improve our services, including to:
- Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes for landing pages, business websites, and custom projects.
- Deliver, test, and support the website or design system we build for you.

Payment Information
All project payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. We never see or store your complete card number, CVV, or banking credentials — that information is handled entirely by our payment partner and governed by their own privacy and security practices.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — typically for the duration of our working relationship plus a period required for accounting, legal, or tax obligations. Enquiry data from prospects who do not become clients is retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.
