By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect

- Account information: your full name, email address, and phone number when you sign up or sign in, whether through email and password, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or phone number verification.
- Payout information: your UPI ID or bank account details, which you provide voluntarily in order to receive Commission withdrawals.
- Referral and earnings data: your referral code, the referrals associated with your account, commission amounts, withdrawal history, and related status information.
- Support communications: any information you provide when you contact us through the Help & Support section.
- Device and usage information: technical information such as your device type, operating system, app version, and general usage patterns.
- Authentication data: where you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and a unique identifier from that provider. Phone sign-in verifies your number through our authentication provider.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your Partner account.
- Generate and track your unique referral code and attribute referrals to you.
- Calculate, display, and process your Commission and withdrawal requests.
- Communicate with you about your account, referrals, payouts, and support requests.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
- Maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the App.
- Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data to serve third-party advertising within the App.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as necessary to operate the App and the Program:
- Service providers: we use Google Firebase for authentication, database, and app infrastructure services.
- Payment processing: your UPI ID or bank details are used solely to process your Commission withdrawal.
- Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information where required by law or governmental request.
- Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not share your payout details with other Partners or the public.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored using Google Firebase's cloud infrastructure, which applies industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account, referral, and earnings information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as necessary to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information, directly from your Profile page.
- Request deletion of your account, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations.
- Withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.

7. Children's Privacy
The App and Program are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
8. Third-Party Sign-In Services
When you sign in using Google or Apple, those providers may collect information according to their own privacy policies, independent of Webnex.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including data centers operated by service providers such as Google.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via your account email.
